When qualifying System Integrators and Control Panel Builders purchase the Solutions Partner Software Suite, they will automatically receive immediate access to one year of Schneider Electric Services Bronze Level support. This provides access to Schneider Electric technical support by phone during regular business hours, or through the Web site at any time. Solutions Partners also automatically receive the latest software updates once they are launched, as well as product news, manuals, documents and more.
